Privacy statement
This Privacy Statement explains how information is handled in the app EUstitia.
EUstitia is an independently developed application created by Atanas Nachkov.
Data storage and processing
The app does not collect, access, or transmit personal data to servers controlled by the developer.
User bookmarks (such as items saved in the “Saved News items” list) are stored exclusively in the user’s private iCloud (CloudKit) storage. These records are accessible only to the user and are managed by Apple under its iCloud and privacy frameworks. The app developer does not have access to this data.
Customizations such as selected views, list orders, etc. are stored on the local device and accessible only to the user.
Subscriptions and payments
Certain features of the app may be available through a paid subscription. All payments and subscription management are handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store. The app developer does not receive or have access to payment details or billing information.
External links
The app contains links to external websites, including EUR-Lex, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CVRIA), and selected legal blogs. When opening these links, content is loaded directly from the original website in an in-app browser or external browser.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to external websites. Please refer to the privacy policies of those websites for information on how they process data.
